To ensure flexibility, choice and control tappON's product team have implemented the 'TRANSFER' feature. If you are plan managed you now have the ability to book support professionals who accept 'transfer' payments.
Its very simple! If you are booking your first support professional through tappON follow the steps below. If you have booked your supports through tappON previously you can rebook your support professionals from the 'your crew' section in your dashboard.
- Login to your tappON account by accessing https://app.tappon.co/
- Head to the "Discover" section of the menu
- Find your Support Professional of choice
- Select "Book Now"
- Enter in the details of the date, start time, duration ok booking and any special instructions
- If you want this to be Invoiced to your Payment Manager please select "Generate Invoice
This will generate a booking and send it to your Payment Manager, this can be an NDIS Plan Manager, HCP Manager, or a chosen individual.
Remember you will have to approve the booking after it has been completed in order for the invoice to be finalised and sent off to your plan manager or case manager.
It is now important to remember that all bookings must be done through the platform to be covered by tappON Insurance and to ensure they are paid.
