It is now important to remember that all bookings must be done through the platform to be covered by tappON Insurance and to ensure they are paid.
Its very simple!
- Login to your tappON account by accessing https://app.tappon.co/
- Head to the "Discover" section of the menu
- Find your Support Professional of choice
- Select "Book Now"
- Enter in the details of the date, start time, duration ok booking and any special instructions
- If you want this to be Invoiced to your Payment Manager please select "Generate Invoice"
This will generate a booking and send it to your Payment Manager, this can be an NDIS Plan Manager, HCP Manager, or a chosen individual.
Remember you will have to approve the booking after it has been completed in order for the invoice to be finalised.
