If you are yet to get your NDIS plan, or are on your first plan you will have a scheduled plan review prior to the first period of your plan being completed.
It is an opportunity to reflect on how you have progressed towards your NDIS goals, what you have achieved, if you haven't achieved a goal and why.
If you haven't achieved a goal due to being unable to find support, or lack of access it's important to gather this information. We also suggest preparing an impact statement when preparing for your plan review - which can include this information based on what supports you have had.
When you have achieved your goals, you can set new goals or if you realise that you don't need certain goals, it is at your plan review you will update this information.
We've prepared a plan review document to help you take stock of where you are at and what else you need. This is a FREE resource to help you get the most out of your plan review meeting and set you up for success.
