Support professionals can choose to accept the following payment processes (via your settings):
- Fast Payments - tappON members use a credit or debit card to book a service, which is released after the tappON member has approved the booking. After approvals payments are approved funds are received by support professionals less tappON service fee within 2 business days.
- Transfer Payments - tappON members request that a booking to be paid by generating an invoice. tappON's system will generate an invoice after a booking has been completed by support professional and approved by a tappON member. Invoice payments can take up to 14 days to be received by tappON and our accounts team will transfer your payment less tappON service fee on Thursday of the week.
