tappON empowers support professionals to work flexibly and set their own rates for the services providing through tappON. Like managing your availability you can do this from within your settings.
You will see all services you have registered for with tappON's customer success team through your registration process. If you offer more than one service you will need to set each services rate separately. tappON's platform minimum rate is $25/hr.
