Currently payments can take place one of two ways;
- FAST PAYMENT - for fast payments you will use a credit or debit card to make a booking. When you make a booking request and it is confirmed by a support professional
TRANSFER PAYMENT - this is where a booking takes place and an invoice is generated on behalf of your support professional. This invoice is either paid by yourself or your nominated case or plan manager.
Support professionals will include on their profile the types of bookings that they accept.
If you use government funding to pay for all or some of your supports using either payment method you will receive a record of the booking with the cost so that you can claim it through the appropriate channels.
If you want us to communicate with your case or plan manager on your behalf please let our team know when you sign up and we can send them your invoices on your behalf. If you change case or plan manager you use please reach out to support@tappon.co as soon as possible so your payment cycles remain seamless while using tappON.
